NBE Survey launch 2024

November 26 · Online

 14-15.00 CET

Seeking fresh insights and a deeper understanding of the real impact of E&C programs?

The Nordic Business Ethics (NBE) initiative is thrilled to invite you to the online launch of the NBE Survey 2024 on November 26th!

Since our first survey in 2020, we’ve watched organizations, boards, and leaders across the Nordics navigate the complex “grey zones” of decision-making. What’s legal isn’t always the right thing to do, and today’s standards not only demand a systematic approach but a commitment to integrity in every choice. But are formal Ethics & Compliance programs truly making a difference in real-life situations. Our objective was to understand whether these elements make a difference in how employees perceive fair treatment, responsible leadership, and their comfort in reporting ethical concerns. The results are exciting – join us to hear more!

Be among the first to hear key insights and engage in a thought-provoking discussion on strengthening ethical decision-making across all levels of leadership. Let’s shape the future of ethics at Nordic workplaces—together.

The survey is enabled by Fortifai and FRA.

You can find our previous surveys here.
